Can I book online? Do you offer walk-ins?
Reservations are required. We encourage you to book your appointment online, but we also assist guests by phone at 440-941-7360. If there are available appointments, we may be able to accommodate last-minute visits. Call or text ahead to check.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to get settled in and ready for your treatment.
How do I show up for my appointment?
Think comfort. Please refrain from wearing perfume on the day of your visit. We are a “outdoor” shoe free facility. We will provide sandals or you can wear your socks.
HOW SHOULD I (AND/OR MY GUESTS) SHOW UP TO THE OUTDOOR SPA?
- Wear a clean bathing suit (or change into one in our changing space)
- Leave jewelry at home (wedding ring of course can stay on)
- Bring sunscreen, slips or flip flops, and a bottle of water
What do I wear during my spa service?
We suggest you disrobe to your comfort level, keeping in mind that therapists will drape your body and expose only the portion of your body that are being treated.

What is your Cancellation policy?
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options for our guests, We require 24 notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up you agree to have the card on file automatically billed 100% of the estimated total for booked services. If your cancelation fee is unable to be paid with the card on file, your payment may be made by credit card over the phone or we can send you a virtual invoice. Once you have paid the cancellation fee, we will remove any restrictions placed on your account and you'll be able to secure your next appointment.
