How much is it to book the space?
The Rental Fee is $175 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. There is also a $15 per person Retreat Fee that includes robes, towels, and other amenities for each guest up to 15 people. Setup & breakdown are not included in the Rental Fee and can be added for $50 per half hour.
How big is the outdoor space?
In total, the available square footage of our outdoor area spans an impressive 2,000 square feet, offering ample space for a wide range of event setups and guest capacities up to 15 people.
Additionally, the interior of the glass solarium accounts for 576 square feet, providing a
cozy and elegant setting for more intimate micro gatherings.
When booking a Hot/Cold Therapy treatment, you can include up to 10 guests.
How should I (and/or my guests) show up to the outdoor spa?
- Wear a clean bathing suit (or change into one in our changing space)
- Leave jewelry at home (wedding ring of course can stay on)
- Bring sunscreen, slips or flip flops, and a bottle of water
Can I decorate the space?
Yes, but you must clean up all decor when leaving the space. NO confetti or glitter is allowed and you will be charged a fee if it is used in the space. Note that setup & breakdown are not included in the Rental Fee and can be added for $50 per half hour.
What is your Cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 5 days prior to your scheduled event. Cancellations made with less than a 5 day notice of the event the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hours notice the deposit will not be refunded and 100% of the hourly rental cost ($175/hr) will be charged to the card on file.
